Karla has more than 38 years of experience in financial services and wealth planning. She started her career as a financial advisor with Paine Webber in 1986. She moved to A.G. Edwards in 1998 before joining Baird in 2018. Karla graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor of science degree in resource policy and management. She has also completed her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, bringing a high level of professionalism and expertise in financial planning for clients.

Thai-Vi has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She started her career as a financial advisor with A.G. Edwards in 2001 before joining Baird in 2018. Thai-Vi graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor of arts degree in psychology.

As a first-generation American citizen born to refugee parents, Thai-Vi understands the rewards of hard work, as well as the importance of community support and the generosity of others. As a result, she brings a deep commitment to work ethic, empathy and collaboration in working with her team and all of their clients.

Ethan has more than seven years of experience in the financial services industry. He started his career as a financial advisor with Wells Fargo in Ann Arbor before joining Baird in 2018. A native of Ann Arbor, Ethan earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in 2015. He currently resides in Ann Arbor with his wife, Savannah.

With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Carmen excels in administration and client support. She started her career with A.G. Edwards in 2000, then joined Karla and Thai-Vi at Wells Fargo in 2015, before transitioning to Baird with the team in 2018.

Carmen immigrated to the United States from Jordan with her family when she was 12 years old, bringing a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by immigrant families. This allows her to provide empathetic support and tailored financial solutions to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Mindy has worked with our team since 2018. She brings organization and efficiency to every client interaction and consistently finds ways to enhance the client experience. She is highly motivated and prides herself on providing quality client service. 

Mindy lives in Hamburg Township with her husband and their two sons.
